A thank-you for introductions

When an introduction leads to paid work, we pay a thank-you fee, agreed with you up front. We're happy for you to tell your client about it; we'd rather everyone knew.

For IT providers

We don't change networks, security settings or devices. Where a recommendation touches the systems you manage, we'll talk to you first and work to your standards.

For accountants and bookkeepers

We don't give accounting or tax advice. If AI touches your client's bookkeeping software or financial processes, we'll make sure you're involved. And if your own practice wants help with AI, we'd be glad to talk about that too.
